100% Satisfaction Policy

100% Satisfaction Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the purchased item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

You must obtain a return authorization prior to shipping an item back to us for a refund or exchange. This will allow our customer service team to provide you with proper return instructions as well as updating your order record. If possible simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation e mail. If not possible email your request to: customerservice@americanwalls.com

If you feel your shipment has been lost, please contact us immediately and we will determine if it is actually lost or just delayed. If it is lost a replacement order will processed and shipped immediately.

All items are professionally packed. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a pick up. All damaged claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
