Customer Service
How to Order
Ordering through our safe and secure website is fast and easy. Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and follow the simple instructions. An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you detailing what you have ordered, the shipping method selected and the total cost of you order. A direct customer service phone number will be provided in your confirmation e mail along with an order reference number to quote should you need to cancel or change your order.
You can also e mail our customer service team with details of what you would like to order along with a number for us to call you and we will call for a credit card number.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credits cards and Pay Pal.
Sales Tax
We add sales tax to all orders shipping to California.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the value of your order. Our checkout system will add the shipping charges automatically based on your selection and zip code.
Our fixed charge shipping applies only to orders shipped to zip codes within the contiguous USA. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii or addresses outside the USA please e mail our customer service team for a shipping quote:

Ground and Two Day Air are the available options. The list below details the options and costs:
Up to $50 = $9.50 Ground / $18.00 Two Day Air
Up to $200 = $10 Ground / $24.00 Two Day Air
Up to $325 = $18.60 Ground / $60.00 Two Day Air
Up to $390 = $32.00 Ground / $72.00 Two Day Air
The shipping method once selected governs the time it takes for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched. For most addresses in the contiguous USA ground shipping takes 5-7 days and air shipping is 2 days.
The amount of time it takes to dispatch your order depends on the product. An Art Print is quite fast to process a ready to hang Canvas, Tapestry or Framed art will take longer to make.
A list of the number of days it takes to process and dispatch each product type is below.
Art Prints = 8 Days
Matted Prints = 8 Days
Tapestries = 7 Days
Canvas = 10 Days
Framed Art = 14 Days
The number of days shown need to be added to the number of shipping days to get a total number of days to when you will receive your order.
As an example an Art Print takes 5 days to dispatch and 5 days to ground ship on average. So the total time to receive your order will be 10 days. We will always strive to ship your order as quickly as we can but please allow the number of days listed before considering that your order is late arriving. In that event please email or call the number on your confirmation email to talk to one of our customer service team.
